Gäld offers three plans to match your needs. All plans include the core accounting features — plans differ in automation, integrations, and multi-user capabilities.

Trial period

New accounts start with a 14-day trial of the Business plan — no credit card required. After the trial, you choose a plan or continue with the free Community edition.

Upgrading your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing in the app.
  2. Select your desired plan.
  3. Enter payment details (Stripe handles all payment processing).
  4. Your new features are available immediately.

Downgrading

You can downgrade at any time. The change takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Features exclusive to your current plan remain accessible until then.

Payment methods

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through Stripe. All prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT where applicable.

Invoices

Stripe automatically generates invoices for each payment. Access them from Settings → Billing → Invoice history.

Cancellation

Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing. Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted. You can export all data before cancelling.
